I received swimming lessons from Coach Richard at the Salt Lake District park this summer. It was an hour long lesson held over at Salt Lake District Park pool.

I am an older adult swimmer coming in as a beginner with casual swimming experience at the beach. Coach Richard first assessed my skill level with the basic freestyle crawl. He then offered easy to follow advice and drills.

At the end of the session, he said he noticed improvement with my speed and technique. I definitely felt stronger and more confident.

He recapped my overall performance and gave me helpful tips. As a bonus, he designed a proven weekly training program to help strengthen my heart, lungs, and overall mobility.

I find Coach Richard very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I highly recommend him for both beginners and more experienced swimmers. -Rommel D.
